The GIGAdock is suitable for a wide variety of hydraulic dock levellers and can be used in both new and existing loading facilities. It supports telescopic and hinged lip dock levellers with different hydraulic configurations, as well as hydraulic power units with single-phase or three-phase power supplies.

Direct communication between the dock leveller and the industrial door automates key processes and enhances operational safety. Automatic door movements, safe release functions and locking mechanisms help prevent operating errors and reduce damage to equipment and vehicles.

Through centralized control and monitoring of all connected components, GIGAdock ensures a controlled and safe loading process. Wheel chock systems, truck approach sensors, indoor and outdoor traffic lights, as well as safety circuits and emergency stop devices, can be directly integrated and monitored.

Thanks to freely configurable inputs and outputs, various valve control options and volt-free relay outputs, GIGAdock can be adapted to individual requirements with ease. Loading lights, dock seals, shelters and additional components can also be integrated quickly and efficiently.

Intuitive Operation and Intelligent Dock Logic

The illuminated display with its clearly structured menu navigation enables fast commissioning and convenient configuration directly on the control unit. Operating sequences, travel times, auto-return functions and safety parameters can be individually adapted to the specific application.

Integrated Traffic and Process Control

The integrated traffic light control system supports safe guidance for drivers and loading personnel. Combined with truck detection, automatic release functions and the control of dock seals or shelters, it enables fully coordinated and energy-efficient loading operations.
