Rail unit GIGAline

Applications in private/industrial settings as well as in collective and underground parking garages. The rail unit is versatile and can be easily shortened or extended.

The 3-part rail unit consists of very flat extruded aluminum profiles that are connected to each other. SOMMER uses a tear-resistant steel roller chain that runs very quietly in special plastic guides and has proven itself under extreme loads. The system features a spring-loaded chain tension to compensate for external influences.

• The rail is driven by an industrial door operator with frequency inverter

• Installation height approx. 20 mm for low headroom situations

With the GIGAsedo 024.100 DXFS0 industrial door operator set (E=14), a maximum travel distance of 4,200 mm can be achieved.

For a longer travel distance, an operator set with a larger limit switch range is required, which is available on request.
