Compliance with the REACH Regulation is of high importance to SOMMER. We work closely with our suppliers to obtain and provide relevant information on substances contained in our products and to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements throughout the supply chain.
Based on our current assessment, SOMMER is not subject to any registration obligations under the REACH Regulation.
However, SOMMER Antriebs- und Funktechnik GmbH is aware of its obligations under the REACH Regulation and complies with the information requirements set out in Article 33 of the Regulation. Our suppliers are contractually required to support compliance with REACH requirements and to provide relevant information throughout the supply chain.
