The powerful aid for door installation
The LIFTer can be used repeatedly and makes it easier to install doors with tension springs. The LIFTer raises the door to be installed the first time the door is opened, allowing the springs to be mounted with little effort.
Thanks to the LIFTer’s durable and powerful special motor, only one technician is needed on site, saving time and money. Moreover, it significantly reduces the physical effort required, as the technician no longer needs to lift the door. And by the way, the motor carriage installed at the factory can remain in place during the entire process. It is simply unlocked and pushed towards the rear.
With its maximum tractive power of 1100 N, the LIFTer can move doors weighing up to 100 kg. Convenient control in dead man mode is guaranteed using the handheld transmitter supplied. And the two-piece design of the LIFTer ensures that it is easily inserted into and removed from the C-rail.
The LIFTer is compatible with the SOMMER base+, SOMMER pro+ as well as with the SOMMER tiga and SOMMER tiga+.
How the installation aid for doors works:
Simply disconnect the motor carriage of the operator already installed and slide to OPEN position.
Place the LIFTer in the track, too, and connect with the garage door.
Using the handheld transmitter, raise the door until the tension springs can be tensioned easily.
