What can the Buzzer do?
The Buzzer combines three useful warning functions:
A. Alarm Buzzer – Warns in case of break‑in attempts
If someone tries to force your garage door open, the Buzzer emits a pulsing tone for 30 seconds. This deters intruders and alerts you immediately.
B. Warning Buzzer during closing
When the garage door is closing, the Buzzer gives an acoustic pre‑warning so that people nearby can react in time. Ideal for:
- families with children
- narrow garages
- multi‑unit buildings
- commercial areas
The pre‑warning time can be adjusted as needed.
C. Signal for an open wicket door
If the wicket door is open, the Buzzer emits a signal. You can adjust the duration of this tone – perfect if you want to use the Buzzer as a passage detector as well.

How to install the Buzzer – quick & easy
If you use it as a warning buzzer (B) or a wicket‑door signal (C): insert the damping pad.
- Disconnect the operator from power
- Remove the carriage cover
- Attach the Buzzer to the drive arm
- Place the Buzzer into the designated connector on the circuit board and route the cable neatly
- Reattach the cover
- Connect power – done!
