The underground operators twist UG / UG+ from SOMMER combine invisible integration with strong performance. Installed below ground, they move gate leaves up to 3.5 m in width and 350 kg (UG+ up to 600 kg) – robust, safe and ideal for residential and commercial gates.

The difference between the swing gate operators twist UG and twist UG+ is the gate weight per wing. The twist UG is for swing gates with a gate wing weight of up to 350 kg, the twist UG+ for swing gates with a gate wing weight of up to 600 kg.

The swing gate operator twist UG+ is ideal for heavy swing gates where you don’t want the operator to be visible. The operator can be mounted between or in front of the gate posts. It is important to make sure that the rotation point of the gate is also the rotation point of the operator.
