Our IP cameras for outdoor or indoor applications can be conveniently integrated into the Smart Home solutions from SOMMER and give you a direct view of your door, gate or garage via a live stream in the SOMweb app. You are in control, and you can view the video recordings later.
SOMweb video function
The SOMweb app offers you the option of an integrated video function with live stream and video recording of door or gate movements. One camera can be used for several door or gate operators.

Indoor IP camera
The indoor IP camera is ideal for use in a garage. Keep an eye on your garage, wherever you are. Via a Smart Home system, for example, you can open the garage door for the postman and close it again afterwards. Integrated WiFi allows wireless connection to your home network.

Outdoor IP camera
The watertight outdoor IP camera is ideal for outdoor applications. For example, you can mount the outdoor camera on the wall of a building and align it to monitor your yard gates. This allows you to see what is happening outside your house, at the access to your premises, at any time and from any location. This camera is impervious to rain or moisture. Integrated WiFi allows wireless connection to your home network.

Initial installation of the camera is carried out via the ismartgate Cam app. Free apps for the Android operating system and iOS are available for download from Google Play and in the App Store.

The free ismartgate Cam app for installation of an IP camera is available for download from Google Play and in the App Store.
The installation and operating manual for connecting the IP camera to the SOMweb Smart Home solution can be downloaded from the download portal. Go to instructions
First, try resetting the IP camera. Press the Reset button for approx. 10 seconds and then start initial operation again.
If initial operation via WiFi (WiFi/QR code) is still not possible, you can carry out initial operation via LAN (wired) and then connect to WiFi. Reset the IP camera again and follow the instructions for "wired” initial operation. You can set up the WiFi connection via the app settings (gearwheel icon) under Network.
